We work with leading estate agents to assess properties which are currently on the market and then we produce a survey which includes a series of recommendations in order to optimise the potential sale price of the property.  Too many sellers are reducing the price of their properties by astonishing amounts instead of tidying up the property and making the appropriate repairs and adjustments in order to meet market requirements.  The average viewer looks at over 20 properties so our job is to make sure yours is the one to sell.  In every single case so far the returns have been much higher than the investment.
