We spend a lot of time filtering through hundreds of prospective plots of land to find the very best we can for our clients. We have a wide range of plots, which go from practical to picturesque. We aim to have building land available for all requirements.
All of our plots have either 5000m2 or over 20,000m2 of land, so this allows our clients a high level of privacy whilst still having neighbours at hand. Our filtering process starts with the quality of the plot and then we begin work on the paperwork to assess the building potential. Less than one in ten plots gets past this rigorous process.
After we have chosen a plot we get costs for electric connection and other considerations such as access improvements, internet and water connection, etc. So far over 40 clients have enjoyed the benefits of choosing the perfect plot of land and then designing their dream home with us.
