"Mike and Blas to the rescue yet again. We had a water leak before Christmas. It took the insurance company 5, yes 5 months to sort out. After fixing the leak, our en suite shower didn't produce any hot water. The insurance company refused to do anything about it saying they had fixed the leak and it wasn't their problem. Mike and Blas came round. Blas took the shower tap off, gave it a clean out and we then had hot water. It should have been checked by the plumber from the insurance company but he couldn't be bothered! It only took 10 minutes for Blas to fix it. He then fixed our bathroom shutter which we had tried to get fixed by other people.Lastly, we needed a new electrical gate system and runner rail fitted. The two men fitted the new runner rail and the trusty electrician (who knows our place inside out) did the rest. A fantastic job done by all, as always. It kicked  me into gear and the gate has been re painted and looks good as new. As always, in the 7 years we have known Mike and Blas (having completely renovated our property when we arrived in Spain) they have always came to our rescue and the standard of work is second to none. "As someone who has been in the building industry in the U.K. all my working life and until recent retirement we have run our own building company for 25 + years, the thought of having to find a company to carry out the works we needed on our Spanish home that we would be happy with, was a big concern. They have completely refurbished 4 bathrooms and re tiled the floors to most of the rest of our house plus some other bits of work we added in along the way. "We commissioned Hamilton Leon to build a tennis court at our villa but before we even got to that point we had problems with our laptop computer. Although this had nothing whatsoever to do with the tennis court Mike arranged to have it taken to a repair shop for us and then sorted out some further issues with it himself.

Now to the tennis court, Mike, Blas and the team they employed were working to a very tight timescale of under 3 weeks to complete everything including clearing the site of 30 olive trees. The specialist team were extremely professional and worked long hours every day with no disruption to ourselves and despite losing 3 days to rain and snow (yes snow in Southern Spain!) completed the court on schedule and left the site in a very tidy state. The end result is a fabulous tennis court which has completely transformed that end of our plot and enhanced our property no end. I would recommend Mike, Blas and team to anyone.
